No, there are no payment transaction fees for using Jovvie. The pricing for Jovvie is a flat monthly or annual fee. Your payment gateway, like Stripe or other WooCommerce-supported payment gateways will charge a small transaction fee, but Jovvie does not charge transaction fees.

What is included in a self-hosted or cloud subscription?

Included in the subscription is access to the Point of Sale app, frequent updates including new features and full support from our world class team.

Do I need an active subscription to access the POS app?

Yes, the self-hosted or Cloud POS app requires an active monthly or annual subscription plan to access and use.

Can I get a refund?

Do I have to use the Cloud POS version?

No. If you have been using our trusted Point of Sale WooCommerce plugin self-hosted for the last 4 years, or evaluating our POS for the first time, don’t worry. You can still continue using the self-hosted version under our Point of Sale. The self-hosted version will be installed as a plugin to your WordPress WooCommerce site and not use BizSwoop Cloud services. Learn more about Cloud and Self-hosted versions.

Is Point of Sale Plugin compatible with my theme or other plugins?

We have tested Point of Sale for WooCommerce with a range of free and premium themes and are confident it will look great with your theme. Our plugin support includes helping with theme-related conflicts.

The Point of Sale for WooCommerce uses your existing fonts and we have styled it to look good with most themes. There are plugin settings to change display layouts, labels, table borders, or you can apply your own CSS.

We have also tested Point of Sale for WooCommerce with many 3rd party plugins to verify compatibility.

How do renewals work?

Is the Jovvie Point of Sale the same version as the BizSwoop Point of Sale on WordPress.org Open Source

Great question. Unfortunately no. The original BizSwoop Point of Sale plugin listed on WordPress.org is an old version we previously offered for the open source development community. The current Jovvie version includes more features, full support, updates and the option to be powered by BizSwoop Cloud services.
