Terminals registered to your NMI account. Staff pick the terminal at checkout, and it needs to be turned on and connected to the internet. Talk to us to confirm your terminal before you switch.
Which countries can I use Jovvie with NMI in?
It depends on your payment processor, not on Jovvie. NMI terminals in Jovvie work with currencies that have two decimal places. With Stripe, Jovvie is available in 40 countries.
How do I connect NMI to Jovvie?
Contact Jovvie and our support team sets up your NMI connection. Your NMI settings then appear in Point of Sale under Settings, then NMI, and you can turn on the NMI payment method for your registers.
Where do I see payouts and refunds?
Payouts go to the bank account you gave when you set up your NMI merchant account. Refunds for NMI terminal payments are made in the NMI portal, and you record the refund in the register.
Can I use Stripe and NMI together?
Yes. You can connect both on the same site. Staff see both card payment methods in the register, each marked with Stripe Terminal or NMI Terminal, and you can rename them to make the difference clear.
